Founded in 2016 by Sevgi Fernandez, Together We Stand has worked as family advocates on cases of discrimination in education and police brutality in numerous states across the country and has been influential in changing the lives of many.

Although we have worked across the country, much of our work has been done in Contra Costa County and we have been focusing here since 2020. We have several great programs on the horizon focusing on social justice, bringing organizations together and most importantly youth leadership development.
